［主要成分及含量 ］ 每头份疫苗含有的小反刍兽疫弱毒病毒不低于103.0TCID50.

Main ingredient and Composition

The attenuated virus level in peste des petits ruminants vaccine should be no less than 10^3.0TCID₅₀ per dose.

[性      状 ］ 乳白色或淡黄色海绵状疏松团块，易与瓶璧脱离，加稀释液后迅速溶解。

Character

Spongy, loose, white milk or pale yellow block mass. Easily detached from the bottle, and immediately dissolved after dilution.

［作用与用途 ］ 用于预防羊的小反刍兽疫。免疫持续期为 36个月。

Usage and Indication

This product is indicated to prevent peste des petits ruminants of sheep. The immunity period is 36 months.

［用法与用量 ］ 按瓶签注明头份。用灭菌生理盐水稀释为每 毫升含1 头份，每只羊颈部皮下注射1m l 。

Administration

Dilute the vaccine with sterilized saline into 1 dose/mL referring to the label on the bottle. Perform subcutaneous injection on neck with 1mL.

［  不良反应 ］  接种后个别羊可能出现过敏反应 ，一般无可见不良反应。

Adverse Reactions

Other than anaphylaxis occurs on individual sheep, no adverse reaction is observed.

[注意事项］

Precautions

(1) 稀释后的疫苗应避免阳光直射，气温过高时在接种过程中应冷水浴保存，稀释后的疫苗应限3小时内用完。The diluted vaccine should be protected from direct sunlight and stored in cold water when the temperature is high. The diluted vaccine should be used up within 3 hours.

(2) 用过的疫苗瓶、剩余疫苗及接种用注射器均应消毒处理。The waste vaccine bottles, unspent vaccine and used syringes should be processed by disinfection.

(3) 仅用于接种健康动物 Vaccination can only be exercised on healthy animals.

(4) 怀孕母羊接种疫苗时，保定动物应轻柔，避免因保定不当引起流产。Vaccination on pregnant animals should be gentle, in case of miscarriage due to improper operation.
