【主要成分与含量】 本品含羊种布氏茵M5株（CVCC 18）。每头份含活菌数不少于 1 ×10⁹CFU

【Main Ingredients and Content】 This product contains Br.melitensis strain M5（CVCC18）and viable count per dose is 1 ×10⁹CFU at least.

【 性     状】微黄色海绵状疏松团块，易与瓶壁脱离，加稀释液后迅速溶解 。

【Character】Light yellow spongy loose lumps which can be separated from bottle wall easily and dissolve rapidly after diluents are added.

【作用与用途】用于预防牛、羊布氏菌病。免疫期为36个月。

【usage and Indications】Prevent sheep and bovine brucellosis and immunity period is 36 months.

【用法与用量】皮下注射、滴鼻或口服接种。牛：皮下注射25头份。羊：皮下注射1头份、滴鼻1头份或口服25头份。

【Administration】Subcutaneous injection, nasal inhalation or oral administration for vaccination. Bovines:  subcutaneous injection of 25 doses. Sheep: subcutaneous injection of 1 dose, nasal inhalation of 1 dose or oral administration of 25 doses.

【注意事项 】

【Precautions】

( 1 ) 在配种前1-2个月接种较好，妊娠母畜及种公畜不进行预防接种。仅对3~8月龄的奶牛接种，成年奶牛一般不接种。

(1) It is better to be vaccinated 1-2 months before mating; pregnant female animals and breeding sires should not be vaccinated. Only cows aged between 3-8 months are vaccinated and adult cows are not vaccinated.

 (2 ) 接种时，应作局部消毒处理。

(2) Make local disinfection treatment when inoculating.

( 3 ) 稀释后，限当日用完。

(3)The vaccine shall be used up after opened within the day.

( 4 ) 对人有一定致病力，预防接种工作人员应做好防护，避免感染或引起过敏反应

(4) The vaccine has certain virulence to people and vaccination staff shall protect them well so as to avoid infection oranaphylaxis.

( 5 ) 用过的疲苗瓶、器具和未用完的疲苗等应进行无害化处理 。

 (5) Used vaccine bottles, tools and unused vaccine shall be disposed harmlessly
